Detailed Description
Product Description The instrument is designed and made as per National Standard GB/T6536 “Test Methods for Distillation of Petroleum Products”. Product Specification/Models (1) Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz (2) Heating power of electric furnace: 1000 W ×2 (3) Graduated flask cubage: 1000 ml, graduation is 1 ml (4) Distillation flask: 125 ml, as per GB/T6536 (5) Thermometer: whole immersed type, full scale is -2~+300 ℃ and -2~+400 ℃ respectively. The graduations are both 1 ℃. (6) Movable plate of electric furnace: made by carbonized silicon, diameters of holes are φ32, φ38, φ50. (7) Temperature controller: a. Temperature controlling range: 0~60 ℃, can be set random. b. Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.5 ℃ c. Temperature display mode: LED digital display (8) Ambient Temperature: ≤+35 ℃ (9) Relative humidity: ≤85% (10) Refrigeration system: new type of refrigeration compressor (11) Total power consumption: not more than 5000 W. Application It is suitable to determine distillation of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, special boiling point solvent, naphtha, diesel oil, distillation fuels and similar petroleum products as per National Standard GB/T6536. The instrument is also suitable to determine distillation of petroleum products mentioned above as per standard ISO3405, ASTMD86 and IP123.
