Product Description The instrument is designed and made as per Industry Standard SH/T0318 “Technical Requirement for Open Cup Flash Point Tester” and Company Standard Q/YXYY23 “SYD-267 Petroleum Products Open Cup Flash Point Tester”. Product Specification/Models 1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz 2. Outer crucible: (1) Material: 0.3 carbon steel, the surface is black. (2) Inner diameter of upper opening: Φ100±5 mm (3) Height: 50±5 mm (4) Inner diameter of bottom: Φ56±2 mm 3. Inner crucible: (1) Material: 0.3 carbon steel, the surface is black (2) Inner diameter of upper opening: Φ64±1 mm (3) Height: 47±1 mm (4) Inner diameter of bottom: 38±1 mm (5) Scale line: there are two scale lines at 12 mm and 18 mm from upper opening. 4. Gas conduit: the diameter of spout is 0.8～1 mm, and the surface of inner hole is smooth, so it can adjust fire length to 3～4 mm. 5. Heater: heated by electric furnace.
