Yuanda Valve Group Co., Ltd introduced 2 sets of advanced molding equipment from Japan, which are vertical and horizontal full-automated Molding Line separately. Meanwhile, company also purchased subsidiary equipments for the two lines, Sand-clearing Production Line, Open Loop Molding Line and Sand processing Line from domestic equipment suppliers. All of these superior equipments contribute to the powerful production capacity up to annual 20,000 tons even more. Two sets of full automated line have largely improved the production efficiency, and enable the company to cast all kinds of parts, including auto engine shell, transmission shell, drums and other auto parts.
