Detail Company Introduction
We are the manufacture of textile looms , the name of our company is Shijiazhuang Textile Machinery Co. Ltd (the former Shijiazhuang City Textile Machinery Factory) which is established in 1958 and is a specially designated production enterprise of the former textile department. Now it's one of the most important textile machinery factories of the country, and regarded as a new and high-tech enterprise by Science and Technology Committee of Hebei Province and New and High-tech Development Area. In 2004, the plant passed the Quality Certification system of international ISO9001and 2001.
The company covers an area of 52mu with a floor area of 23,000 square meters. It owns the fixed assets of RMB 60,000,000, and more than 200 sets of processing equipment, including processing centers and precision numerically-controlled machine tools. With advanced processing equipment and complete testing means, the company has a modernized computer-aided design (CAD) center and ERP internet management system. Now the plant has 400 staff, and over 100 of them are specialized technical persons.

1 Rapier loom
This kind of rapier loom consists of 5 series looms ,it often weave the framework of retardant conveyor which is suitable for the coal mine (4 grade to 12grade ) or at the port.
2 compress felt machine
compress felt weaving machine is a super-wide loom which is designed for weaving compress felt of carpet , especially for the circular fabrics .
3 Conveyor Belt Core Weaving Machine
This Machine has been widely applied in weaving conveyor belt core, especially for weaving high strength, long life span, agglutinated fire resistant cotton-duck, nylon-duck or EP-duck, polyester fabric belt core in mining sector etc. It is widely used in the coal mine or at the wharf.
4 Paper Machine Clothing
It is utilized for paper making process application with huge reed width and heavy weight. Beside the development and production of paper machine clothing, it is widely applied to produce compact paper machine clothing with true selvage, especially for wire mesh sleeve.
5Filter Mesh loom
It can produce many wire nettings from the light one to the super-heavy one for the filtering and sludge dewatering in the envirornmental machinery. Developed by STM based on high-tech dobby system, control system, shedding system with 50 years production experience.
6. Forming loom
It is World leading weaving machine for the production of paper machine clothing. Developed by STM based on high-tech dobby system, control system, shedding system with 50 years production experience.
7.polyester fabric weaving machine
This Machine has been widely applied in weaving paper machine clothing, conveyor belt core, compress felt, especially for weaving high strength, long life span, agglutinated fire resistant cotton-duck, nylon-duck or EP-duck, polyester fabric belt core in mining sector etc and all kinds of net products in paper making equipment.
9. wire netting machine
weaving wire netting products, especially for weaving industrial netting, mesh, EP,PP and polyester fabric, stainless steel net, window screen, and industrial filter net, compress felt, forming mesh, paper machine clothing etc.
10. Wire mesh machine
Based on international standard and application, it has widely used in weaving all kinds of wire mesh, netting products, polyester fabric, paper machine clothing, and other industrial screen.
The main products are all appraised by organizations of state, province, and city, and have won award many times. In these products, Model GA801 cloth inspecting machine and Model ME813B cloth inspecting and rolling machine won the Well-known High-quality New Product Prize of Hebei Province; Model ME813B cloth inspecting and rolling machine won the National Technological Achievement Prize; GA727 core rapier loom and CXW forming wiremesh loom won the National Major New Product Prize, which filled the domestic gap of this kind of machine.
