Zhenjiang Jinglu Polyurethane Machinery Co., Ltd. is an appointed manufacturer by China Light Industry Machinery Corporation and Jiangsu Light Industry Machinery Corporation. With the experience of more than twenty years in design and manufacture, our company specializes in producing industrial equipment for reaction of materials like polyurethane, which can complete all the processing and making of polyurethane and phenolic. Our products include six series and more than 30 varieties, among which there are machines for continuous sandwich panel production line, injection, foaming, cutting, lamination and waste foam regeneration and auxiliary equipment.
By taking foreign sample machines for reference , we have meticulously designed our own PU industrial equipment, many of them listed as the national-level new products and awarded with the state spark science and technology prize and 16 prizes from relevant Jiangsu province department such as fine-quality new product prize, scientific and technological invention prize, and scientific and technological progress prize. Now our products have been distributed all over the country and sold far to Britain, Israel, Russia, UAE, Morocco, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries and regions. We can take over factory design and provide corresponding equipment.
PU industrial equipment made by our company has stable performance, reliable quality, strong adaptability, and electromechanical integration for complicated machine unit, technical level of which can take the lead in 1990s. Since changing our management system in the year of 2003, we have made further progress and developed national-level new product namely the project of continuous rigid PU polyfoam sandwich panel production line well-received by customers at home and abroad.
