Hao Hua Zhongyi GFRP Co., Ltd is set up as a holding company by China Haohua Chemical(Group)Corp., which is a state-run mainstay enterprise managed by the central administration.
The main equipment and technology of the company were all introduced from Italy. Hao Hua now has 29 production lines of full automatic high pressure FRP pipe machine with micro computer digital control, on site winding machine for large size FRP tanks, FRP winding machine, RPMP winding machine and FRP grating machine etc. The annual capacity of FRP products has reached to 60 thousand tons. The company has the ability to produce series FRP pipes within the diameter of DN 4,000mm and series vessels, towers and pressure vessels within diameter of DN 15,000mm and other different kinds of FRP profile materials, planters and gratings. At the same time, the company can also fabricate different kinds of FRP machineries and non-standard products.
The company has got the certificates of ISO 9001,ISO 14000 and OHSMS 18000. Hao Hua also obtained "Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China Special Equipment (pressure pipe) (Nonmetallic Vessels)" and "Nonmetallic Pressure Vessels (A4) Qualified Designer Certificate" issued by the General Administration of State Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.
