Product Description The instrument is designed and made as per SY/T5651 “Technical requirement for Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Tester” in the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China. Product Specification/Models 1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz 2. Heating power of water bath: 1700 W 3. Temperature range of water bath: room temperature~100.0 ℃ 4. Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.01 ℃ 5. Cubage of water bath: 20 L 6. Time range: 0.0 s~9999.9 s 7. Time accuracy: not more than ±0.05% in 60 minutes 8. Sample quantity: four pieces of capillaries are installed at the same time 9. Stirring motor: (1) Power: 6 W (2) Rotation speed: 1200 r/min 10. Operation environment: (1) Ambient temperature: -10 ℃~+35 ℃ (2) Relative humidity: ≤85% 11. Temperature sensor: industry platinum resistance, scale number is Pt100 12. Total power consumption: not more than 1800 W 13. Capillary viscometer: total thirteen pieces. Their inner diameters are 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0 mm respectively. (The coefficients of 5.0 mm and 6.0 mm capillary viscometers are not attached, and you should calibrate them by yourself). Application It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of petroleum products (Newton liquids) at a constant temperature as per GB/T265 “Test Methods for Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity and Calculation Methods for Dynamic Viscosity” in the National Standard of People’s Republic of China.
