Product Description The instrument is designed and made as per GB/T3536 “Test Methods for Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Methods)”. Product Feature 1. Simulate and track to indicate function curve of temperature against test time. 2. Having prompt function to modify operation mistake. 3. Having test date and time. 4. Can calibrate barometric pressure automatically and calculate modification value. 5. Differential detection, can calibrate system deviation automatically. 6. Can open cover, ignite, detect, and print data automatically. 7. Test arm can be raised and lowered automatically. 8. Ignited by electron; force wind cooling. Product Specification/Models 1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz 2. Temperature: (1) Full scale: 0~300 ℃ (2) Repeatability: ≤8 ℃ (3) Reproducibility: ≤16 ℃ (4) Resolution: 0.1 ℃ (5) Precision: 0.5% 3. Basic parameters: (1) Temperature rising speed: as per GB/T3536 (2) Ignition mode: by electron (ignited by 3~4 mm fire) 4. Ambient temperature: 10~40 ℃ 5. Relative humidity: ≤80% 6. Total power consumption: not more than 300 W Application It is suitable to determine open cup point of petroleum products, excepting fuel oils and petroleum products, whose flash point are lower than 79 ℃. It is widely used in the fields of railway, aviation, power plant, petroleum industry, and scientific and research department.
