Over ten-year development, it currently owns six production bases covering a total area of more than 2000 MU(a Chinese unit of area), which are respectively situated in Qingpu Area of Shanghai, Huzhou city of Zhenjiang province and Jiangyin City of Jiangsu province. Its surrounding transportation is very convenient, 30 kilometers away from downtown, adhering to Huning expressway A5, A9, A30 and 312, and also near to 318 federal highways. Equipped with the complete facility and advanced technology, Shanghai Port Prosperity Industry Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer to varieties of aluminum, hardware and plastic products, providing its all-around service with the aluminum ingot casting, the molding extrusion, the machining as well as the product's surface treatment and assembly.
The company entirely carries out the ISO9000:2000 quality control system. And its product quality closely adheres to GB/T5237-2004, GB/T6892, TS16949 standard. The existing branch factories including aluminum alloy casting factory, mold factory, the extrusion factory, the machinery polishing factory, the machining factory, the superficial treatment plant (oxidized coloration, electrophoresis spray coating, static electricity spraying) etc. The yearly output of aluminum molding reaches 80000 tons, precision work ability 20000 tons, Extruder 30 sets, the biggest diameter outside may achieve 1000mm, the main precision work equipments consists of the punch press 80 sets, milling machine 40 sets, drilling machine 60 sets, the welding apparatus 10 sets, knife storehouse CNC 15 belt, drawing machine 30 sets, sand 10 sets, small oxidized line 6 pieces.
The company mainly produces varies of aluminum and the aluminum alloy molding - - each furniture material molding ,leisure thing molding, fitness equipment, medical equipment molding, any kinds of round tubing, electronic installation radiator fin as well as each kind of aluminum alloy machine-finishing spare part. The products mostly are used in the fields of vehicles, packing, printing, electronic electric appliance, elevator, machinery, communication, building decoration, etc. The aluminum alloy types the factory yields are1050, 1060, 2012, 3003, 5052, 6063, 6061, 6005, 6082, 7005, including the alloy condition of T1, T4, T5, T6, T651.
