Wedge cross rolling machine, a high efficient hot forming machine for stepped shaft forgings, is suitable to form found forging such as : stepped shaft and tapered shaft, etc. The formed forging is almost ready to finished products, so that the raw material is precisely arranged when die-forging for blanking. The cross rolling technology can form either one piece in one die or several pieces in one die and the machine has two types: 2-roller round type and flat one. Regarding 2-roller round wedge cross wedge cross rolling machine, the two rollers are set horizontally equipped with clutch/brake for high efficiency and safe operation, the machine can also be fed aside with precise feeding position. Regarding flat wedge cross rolling machine, the tool is flat, driven by hydraulic system and easy to make.
