*Shanghai Jason Mould&Plastic Co.,Ltd. specializes in precision moulds making and plastic parts process,equiped with various kinds of advanced machines and owns a group of engineers&designers with rich mould making experience. We have obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate. Now it owns 90 staffs,31 of whom are professional technicians.The factory is located in No 538,BaiAn Road,AnTing Town,JiaDing District,Shanghai,covers an area of 1,600 square meters.
*Injection forming
Currently we have 9 sets of computerized plastic injection machine..New purchase ZhenXiong168T、368T、468T,handle them for plastic parts process of engineering material as PA6,
PP,PC,POM,PET,PBT etc.Those products are widely used for electrical appliance,instruments and meters,office stationery in addition to gifts.Thereinto 90% of which are exported to Southeast Asia,Europe ,America etc directly.
*The manufacture and develop of the mould
Mould equipments:2 sets of CNC,4 sets of ZNC-EDM,2 sets of linear cutting machine,7 sets of milling machine and 2 sets of grinding machine,expert in dealing with the development and making of injection mold and magnalium die-casting mould.
