Guangzhou Bamboo Converting Corp. , was founded in 2001, located in Huadu District, Guangzhou city, South China, a reputed bamboo converted products manufacturer in China.
The office is near to Guangzhou International Air Port, 15 minutes car ride, 20 more high responsible staffs work in the office; the factory located in Guangning city, 97km away from Guangzhou. Guangning is the well-known bamboo county in China. Upland of Guangning city gives the best growth environment for kinds of bamboo, that's why our factory located there. The factory covers more than 16000 square meters, has 300 also well trained employees. The output bamboo flooring is over 30000 square meters, bamboo fence 50000 square meters, monthly; for near to the bamboo producing area and our good local reputation, we have very good source for kinds of bamboo materials, so we export bamboo materials as well.
To guarantee the stability of quality, we keep our empolyees stable and offer them competitive salary; we have our employees have strong responsibilities to their position, and make their performance react with their reward; our factory equiped advanced flooring production line, we keep the machine run smoothly, to inspect the major and crucial equipment periodicly; to maintain stable and good quaity of bamboo we do not change our bamboo supplier oftenly; we utilize the toxic chemicals free Europe glue, to make the finished flooring environment-friendly, without harmful gas releasing and reach E1 standard(less than 0.5mg/L free formaldehyde releasing); Besides these, we have our system to control the quality, they are IQC:incoming quality control, IPQC:process quality control and OQC:output quality control, to do so much work just ensure each piece of products output from our factory is qualified products.
So once the cutomer accept our quality, the customer will accept our shippment continuously, for the quality is stable, the customer can distribute without complaint from the sub-distributors and the users.
For the sake of our input of the quality, now our customers and volume are expand stably and rapidly. In the next 3 to 5 years, we'll double our turnover.
