Detailed Description
Purpose: ZZL-920/420 high vacuum web coater is specially designed metallizer for coating zinc and aluminum by means of thermal evaporation on the surface of rolling material for capacitors. It is also extensively used for the production of metallic packing materials for food industry, decorative or packing material, electrochemical aluminum material, various labels, sticks and trade marks as well as all kind of reflective material, heat preservation or heat insulation materials and electric material. Features and advantages: With a set of reliable fast-sucking pump group equipped, winding and unwinding system controlled automatically by PLC, it can realize high vacuum condition and automatic operation with easy manipulation. The driving system of main guide roll adopts DC control system equipped with high resolution encoder, can insure high stability of rolling speed in the course of winding and unwinding and eliminate the influence of voltage fluctuation and of load changes. The winding and unwinding system with direct torsion control by DC motors to realize substrate rolling operation, adapts itself to the thin, narrow and highly stretched substrate films. At the lateral of rewinding roll set up with auxiliary tension guide roll driven by independent motor, insures the precision of tension control. The winding and unwinding system also equipped with electrical-arc leveling roll to realize directly corner control from outside chamber. The leveling roll can realize on-line adjustment and modification as per actual needs during the course of operation. The aluminum wire-feeding system equipped with powerful conductive crucibles of boron nitride. The crucibles of high dense setting enable to achieve enough coating thickness of evaporation deposit on the surface of substrate film with good uniformity in the course of high speed rolling operation. The heating control system for crucibles adopts power silicon-controlled units to insure the reliable and stable coating results. The web coater also equipped with an advanced evaporation setting specialized for zinc deposit with evaporation amount adjustable as per actual needs, enabling to achieve high coating uniformity. Coupled with chiller/heating equipment to freeze the main roll to the temperature of below minus 15 degree centigrade for cooling the substrate film in the course of coating and to recover the temperature up to 15 degree centigrade by heating, it can well protect the substrate film from being ruined out of high temperature evaporation. The web coater has connecting port for cryo-pump (Poly-Cold) installation for paper metallization.
