Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co., Ltd is the national class enterprise and the national 15th mechanical and electrical product export enterprise. It mainly manufactures the complete set of equipments for the new dry process cement rotary kiln with the production capacity below 8000t/d. The sales income of the enterprise in 2007 reached 1.068 billion yuan, and the enterprise was named as Jiangsu Province New and High Technology Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Advanced Enterprise in Quality Management, Jiangsu Province Honoring Contracts and Keeping Promises Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Top 100 Enterprise in Patent successively, and at the same time ‘Pengfei’ Brand was named as the famous brand of Jiangsu Province. The company has fairly strong machining strength, as well as owns 8-unit gear hobbing machines and 12-unit vertical lathes, the diameter of the biggest rotary gear hobbing machining is 10m; 8-unit large-scale floors lathe; 36-unit large-scale cranes with the capacity of 50t-150t; 6.5×16m annealing furnace; 650-set all kinds of physical and chemical inspection equipments, flaw detectors, inspection or testing instruments, so it has the capacities of producing, machining and manufacturing the rotary kiln cement mechanism below 6m.

It mainly adopts various advanced technology such as the hollow plunger cylinder, the multi-piston cylinder hydraulic thrust roller device, the precalcining preheater, the simulation fluorescent display, the infrared scanner, the industrial TV fire sighting system, the multi-function burner and the system program control, etc. So comparing with the equipments with the same specification, the cement output will increase by 15%, the heat consumption will reduce by 20%, the unit composite power consumption will reduce from 110-125kwh/t to 85-95kwh/t, and both the technical economical indices and the environmental protection indices have come up to international advanced level. They have met the requirements that reduce unit gross domestic product (GDP) by 20% for ‘eleventh-five-years’ goal, and they have made new contributions to energy saving and consumption reduction in building material industry of our country.
