The PET bottle can keep transparent because the addition of TiN in PET is 1/1000. 2, It also can be used as nucleating filler in the engineering plastics PET, PA .etc. Disperse titanium nitride nanopowders in glycol so that disperse TiN in the PET better, which could quicken the speed of crystal of PET and the dispersion of TiN in PET can improve the wear resistance and anti-impulsion property. 3, It can be used as absorbent of sunlight in the sun energy electron tube. TiN nano powders can absorb 80% sunlight and give out heat energy. For example, when the addition of TiN in sun energy heater coating or plastic film is 1/1000, the water temperature will hoist 4-5℃ in 3 minutes. This could be substitute the classic vacuum coating and decrease the cost. 4, It can be used as high radiance coating. TiN is the key material as high radiance coating under high temperature. It can improve the heat radiance property. It is mainly used in war industry and high temperature kiln. It also can be used in hard cutting, hard alloy, electricity conducted material and so on.
