Medical Fixing Plate is made of a new high-temperature material which is shaped under the temperature of 190 (+/-5) degree centigrade. The flexural strength and tensile strength are much higher than the other currently-used plates. Moreover, this material has a prominent advantage that the other existing plates do not have. With high elastic memory, it can intenerate and recover to the original shape under the temperature of 65-70 degree centigrade. It integrates the merits of both thermosetting material and thermoplastic material, being in the leading position both home and abroad in terms of material technology. Therefore, it has won the high praise from Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science & Technology, Environment Protection Agency and Technological Supervision Bureau, and is rated “State Key New Product” enjoying the state's preferential policies and supports. In brief, it is a new-type external fixation product of great promise in future.
