Dezhou Jiatong Machinery Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing mud pump parts and has the power of self-supporting import and export. Every year we produce＄3.5million worth of mud pump parts of various models and sizes and the export value exceeds ＄3 million. Nearly 1/3 of our liner products are produced directly for some brand mud pump manufacturer in the USA and are used as original mud pump fittings. What I introduce to you especially is our hardened steel liners, which we produce for duplex pump Gardner Denver. They are made from high quality steel with the bore quenched through middle and high frequency after nitro carbonization. The surface hardness reaches 60RC and the inner bore's hardened layer thickness reaches 1.3-1.5 MM, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Our bore quenching technique is in the absolute leading place in the same line. Every year we manufacture a large quantity of mud pump liners for duplex pump Gardner Denver, such as FY-FXD 7-1/2×10，FC-FXX 5×8，FD-FXX 5×10，FG-FXG 5×6 and so on. Every year more than 12,000 liners of FY-FXD and FG-FXG models are exported to many places in the world. Besides, we produce chromium-plated liners more than 2,000 every year, such as Gardner Denver's PA and PJ.
