Brief Introduction
JIHUA 3542 TEXTILE CO., LTD. Located in Xiangfan City, Hubei Province, was established in 1987. It was the former No.3542 Factory of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army and was highly focused in the “The Eighth Five Project”. As one member of XINXING PIPES GROUP which is one member of large-scale enterprises dominated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the company was handed over to the local government in 2000 and finished the corporation system reform in 2006. It has about 4000 employees and fixed assets of RMB800 million, The corporation has a ability of manufacturing 50000 tons of cotton yarn and 100 million meters of grey fabrics. The enterprise was awarded the honor of “One of 20 furthest competitive enterprises” in 2006. In September of the same year, the products of the company was awarded “China Top Brand”.
The corporation has introduced modern advanced equipments for production, including special wide width Air-jet looms, automatic winder, imported Sizing machines and other worldwide top-ranking textile equipments. It is advanced enterprise in management of equipments in domestic cotton textile enterprises. The fiber products include pure cotton, polyester and cotton blended, tencel, modal, bamboo, coolmax and so on. Specially, the 180s 100% cotton yarn is able to be volume-produced successfully. The combed yarn over 80s covers the 90% of the whole spinning ability. The grey fabric products include Twill, Canvas, Down proof, bedding, fabric for garment, etc.. The high count and high density products cover 80%-90% of the whole products, which sharing 40% of the domestic market. The 100% cotton grey fabric of high-count and density has reached 1800 thread counts per square inch on behalf of the international advanced level.
There are several national technical centers and lots of technologists and professional in the company. Many fabrics including Down proof, cotton and tencel blended percale and pure cotton much weft sateen fabric in grey which were developed by the company awarded the title of “Outstanding Innovation’’ in 2004 and 2006. The sateen dobby grey fabric made from Tencel/bamboo and cotton blended was awarded the “Outstanding Design’’. In 1999, it passed through ISO9002 quality system certification. The first grade of cotton yarn and fabrics is averagely above 99% according to the national stipulated standards. The main indexs of yarn levelness CV reaches the international level of 5%.

There are four branches at Shanghai, Wuxi, Shishi and Foshan city, which were set for the purpose of convenience of the customers. Fulong is a famous registered brand in Hubei Province. The combed yarn of Fulong and the high count and high density cotton fabrics were honored of “China Top Brand”.
