Danyang Jincheng Rubbers & Plastics Factory ( original Danyang Sealing Products Factory )is located in the homeland od fish and rice -- Danyang City Jiangsu Province Which is famous for its prosperous economy ,convenient transport and advanced culture.The factory is closely neighbouring No.312 National Way and Shanghai--Nanjing Express Way,20km away from Changzhou Airport and 29kmaway from Zhenjiang Dagang Port which can berth10,000 ton ship ,enjoying superior geographic location.It is one of three large scale enterprises producing rubber pistons for disposable syringe natiowide.
The factory covers an eara of 12500m2 ,among them 7000m2 is building area with fised assets ofmore than 8 millon yuan. It boats 185 workers and 18 engineering technicians ,and 9 are high gradeones. Its 100,000 grade purifying workshop of 700m2 ,as well as advanced and complete testing equipment in the center laboratory reliably guarantees the quality of products .The comprehensive technical ability including product's desiging ,craft controlling and quality testing ,and management skillare all in the lead among the same trade .Now the annual output of rubber pistons is 1,200 million pieces and one third export. Through the test conducted by the State Medical High Polymer Testing Center and sampling test of Jiangsu Province Technology Supervision Bureau,its indices all reach the standard of DIN 58367 YY/T0243-2003.Meanwhile,the factory Actively develops the medical rubbers such as rubbers for infusion,rubber piston for blood collector and bottled plug made of butadience styrene rubber.
