No.1 Introduction: During the running of the belt conveyor machine, due to the following reasons, such as raw material mixing with impurities or the own equipment malfunction, the conveyor belt will be broken in long distance by longitudinal avulsion. And one of our products, CGXBJ-3 Electrical conveyor belt repair machine, which can repair the longitudinal allusion of conveyor belt rapidly and usefully. And furthermore, we can produce special regulation equipments according to the requirements of our clients. No.3 Installation & Usage: ① Please repair the broken place by covering with raw rubber. (See also the belt connection by vulcanization techniques in filling rubber part, or our serviceman displays the debugging of equipment.) ② Please install the parts as the following order: from the top down, up machine frame, heat insulation plate, up-heating plate, hydraulic pressure plate, the broken conveyor belt, hydraulic pressure plate, down-heating plate, heat insulation plate and down-frame of machine. ③ Please install and tighten the pull-rod, cushion and nuts. ④ Please connect the power and electric control box with primary conducting wire, and separately connect up-heating plate and electric control box, down-heating plate and electric control box with the secondary conducting wire. ⑤ Please connect the water pump and hydraulic pressure plate with high-pressure tube, start the electric control box and fill water to the hydraulic pressure plate until the vulcanization pressure.
