The AX-MAX1 Vacuum Pressure Casting Machine is a precision casting machine used in high-tech dental labs, it uses the most advanced technology, the differential pressure principle, for casting dental alloys. This machine does not have vibration and high noise level owing to the pressure casting method and water cooling method. The pressure casting method produces no vibration and improve the success rate of casting; the water cooling method produces little noise, at the same time improves the cooling result. This Vacuum Pressure Casting Machine can be used for casting of all kinds of dental alloys (except Titanium), the casting process is carried out in an air-free state and during the casting process is the alloy is protected by Argon gas. Therefore, it is excellent for casting precious dental alloys. This machine can prevent the oxidization of dental alloys during the casting process which will reduce the after treatment works of alloys, this is especially useful for precious alloy casting.
