Product Description Fluid processing: Baler prepare—debaler—sorting—shredding—labels and dirty separating—pre-washing—cap separating—hot-washing—cold washing—drying—Automatic bagging The whole line without sullage disposal and provided with dirty collection system which to keep the workshop clean and clear. Main Equipments: The main equipments and units of the whole line wound be:Debaler, sorting table, shredder, KIA, pre-wash system, separator, spinner, water treatment system, Automatic bagging etc.And with touch screen PLC control system, all the security protection also contained in our washing line. All the parts involved water would be made by stainless which to keep the whole line pretty appearance and long wearing resistance property. PET washing line can easily redesign and parts re-organization to fit customers' requirements, such as PP/PE washing, PS/ABS washing, etc.Also can design a whole process which to fit and satisfy clients' purpose and requirements.
