【Product Introduction】 Xinsu Company has 10 kinds of TH series high-performance catalyst suitable for polyethylene production equipment with Unipol and BP gas phase fluidized bed process. Our products include solid and slurry catalyst, ranging from Ti-Mg series (TH-1 series) of Zieglar-Natta catalyst to organic chromium catalyst, which can meet the requirements of polymerization process at ordinary state, frozen state and super-frozen state, and are applicable for the production of polyethylene products like LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE. Provided with activity during preparation, TH-2 organic chromium series catalyst can be added directly requiring no real time activation, deoxidization and pre-polymerization. The company has the biggest production plant and relevant auxiliary equipment for polyethylene catalyst by gas phase fluidized bed process with annual capacity of 500 tons. The main equipment with advanced process and reasonable process flow is introduced from USA, Japan, Denmark and Italy. Now our products have played an important role in domestic market, with large chemical companies in Northeast China, North China, East China and South China as main users. Meanwhile the company is developing rapidly Southeast Asia and Middle East market by right of full product range, excellent quality and strong market service ability. For the production of polyethylene products like LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE TH-1 (Ⅱ) 6000~7000 (resin bulk density: 0.36-0.38 g/cm3) taupe powder Applied mainly for full density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL and BP process, at ordinary or super-frozen state. For the production of polyethylene products like LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE TH-1 (Ⅲ) 7000~10000 (resin bulk density: 0.34-0.36 g/cm3) taupe powder Applied mainly for full density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL and BP process, at ordinary or super-frozen state. For the production of polyethylene products like LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE TH-1L (A) Over 18000 slurry Applied for full density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL process, operated at high load frozen state. Real time deoxidization is necessary. Different types of resin can be produced by regulating the deoxidization of catalyst. For the production of polyethylene products like LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE TH-1L (B) Over 30000 slurry Applied for full density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL process at non-frozen and frozen state, requiring no real time deoxidization. For the production of LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE. No carrier contained in catalyst, ash content of resin can be reduced. TH-2 (A) 4500~6000 pea green powder Applied for high density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL and BP gas phase fluidized bed process. Producing resin with the melt flow index of 1.4~2.5g/10min, and the density of 0.948~0.955g/cm3, mainly used to mould various containers with a volume bigger than 200 liter. TH-2 (BⅠ) 4500~6000 pea green powder Applied for high density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL and BP gas phase fluidized bed process. Producing resin with the melt flow index of 8.0~15g/10min and the density of 0.947~0.953g/cm3, used as special materials for film. TH-2 (BⅡ) 4500~6000 pea green powder Applied for high density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL and BP gas phase fluidized bed process. Producing resin with the melt flow index of 8.0~17g/10min and the density of 0.939~0.948g/cm3, used to extrude products. It can be used to produce pipes conforming to PE80 and PE 100 standard. TH-2 (BⅢ) 4500~6000 pea green powder Applied for high density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL and BP gas phase fluidized bed process. Producing resin with the melt flow index of 12~21g/10min and the density of 0.949~0.956g/cm3, used to make containers with a volume less than 20 liter. TH-2 (BⅣ) 4500~6000 pea green powder Applied for high density polyethylene equipment with UNIPOL and BP gas phase fluidized bed process.
