Flexible magnetic sheet is compounded by bonded magnetic ferrite powder and plastics or rubber materials. Flexible Magnetic Sheeting is manufactured by calendaring process, could be die cut to any shape and size as per customer's specifications. Magnetic sheet can also be processed into isotropic rings applied in automotive ignition and medical treatment etc. These are generally magnetized in a multiple configuration to attain more holding force on metal surfaces. These can also be provided with an adhesive backing and different colors. It is normally used in office appliance, advertising, sensors, apparatus, children's toy, business card and telephone note book etc. According to its magnetization method, it is divided into penetration magnetization and surface magnetization.
