BANGIFLOW SL is sodium salt of L (+) lactic acid produced by sugar fermentation. It is an amber liquid with a slight saline taste. Because of its moderate acidic taste, of its efficient antimicrobial effect and more particularly of its natural presence in animal tissues, sodium lactate is increasingly used in the meat industry.
