Shanghai Benliu precision mould Co.,Ltd is a middle size company ,we are specialized in development,design and manufacturing of precision plastic mold and plastic products.our mainly products including power tools, lights products, shell of electrons, and civilian consumer goods etc.0ur factory located in nanxiang new and high science and technology industry parks, Jiading district Shanghai China , Garden type factory covers a floor space of 5000SM.We gain a large share of market through reasonable price , high quality service and excellent quality of goods . We have built good long-term business relationship with many famous clients home and abroad.In future,we hope to get any chance to work with you and grow with you together.
Injection capacity : Currently ,We have more than 10 units of precision plastic –injection machine from 88 tons and 1200 tons and all other needed equipments,we also offer secondary operation to meet the different clients, such as screen print ,pad print ,electroplate ,spraying and final parts assembling and packaging .We employ a workforce of approximately 120 staff members, including over 20 high skilled technical personnel to meet your requirements.
Design capacity : By using Pro-Engineering,Auto-CAD,and UG, we can handle most of the design jobs offered. We currently have a team of 8 design engineers who have multiple years experience in tool design and products development ,efficient and fast service is expected here . short lead time ,optimized cost and high quality is the characters of our products
Quality Control :We have pass the ISO9001 authentication , from the original material choose to products produce we have all strict quality control , to guarantee the quality of each products that come out from our factory .
