Traditional Chrome Steel Bearings we choose the material of GCr15( SAE52100). During workof the bearings, the friction between balls and raceway is very high and cause a lot of the heat. The heat damage the balls and fracture the cage. While INR-MNCB the ceramic layer gives the bearings low friction and few heat during bearings’ working. Even there is a shortage of the lubrications. Therefore the balls and cages do not break and still working and running.
