In import business, we mainly import minerals, non-ferrous metal and scrap metal.
Minerals: we supply the major steel mills in China with imported iron ore from Brazil, Thailand, Indonesia, Iran and India, with an annual sales volume over one million tons. We have investment projects in Thailand of an iron ore mine, a manganese mine and an antimony mine, which will start production by the end of 2008.
Non-ferrous: we mainly import electrolytic copper cathode plate.
Scrap metal import: We import scrap steel and non-ferrous metal from Kazakhstan, Russia and some African country，which adds up to 100000 tons annually.
In the export business, we mainly export special steel and stainless steel, auto parts & accessories, and casting iron products.
Special steel, stainless steel, ferroalloy and non-ferrous alloy: We export quality carbon steel, low alloy and alloy steel to Europe, America, South America, and Southeast Asia.
Auto parts & iron casting products: our group has investments and cooperation with domestic factories, which enable us to be competitive in the industry.
