By digesting and assimilating advanced technology and process introduced from other countries, and combining with domestic practical working conditions, our company developed and produced the production unit of the chopped mat on our own, confirmed the advanced productive technology and specialized in manufacturing non-soda, neutral-soda, powder, emulsion mat. The specifications of its products are 100-600g/m.90% of its products are sold well over 20 countries and regions, such as in Europe, North America, Middle Asia, South-east Asia and Korea, and so on. The products are appreciated among the users.
There are three production lines of the chopped mats in our company. The annual production is 12,000 tons. In addition to manufacturing, our company also transfers the production unit of the chopped mats and its technology and process. The width of its equipment has five kinds: 1300,1600,2080,2600 and 3200mm. The design, manufacture, installation and debugging of the production unit of the chopped mats are in the leading position of the same trade in China. 2600 and 3200 chopped mats especially have the leading superiority. So far, we have successfully transferred over ten production lines, which are warmly welcomed by the users.
