1 set ZQ-III-E fully automatic rewinder,1 set DH-I log
saw cuttersaw cutter,1 set JZ-I bundle toilet roll packing machine,1 set conveyor between ZQ-III-E and DH-I,1 set conveyor between DH-I and JZ-I. After the paper roll is finished rewinding on ZQ-III-E,it will be transferred at the same time to 2 channels of DH-I for cutting.then the finished rolls will be automatic delivered to JZ-I packing machine for packing and sealing(will need 2 workers for handle packing machine,one worker use for holding the ready-made PE bag to allow the toilet rolls entering the PE bag,one worker use for take the package to the sealing device for sealing ).Specification of each machine as following:
