Adopting the high precision machinery and accessory production equipment which are integrated with all advantages of the same machinery domestically and abroad, our factory is specialized in manufacturing stainless stamping hard materials, spring steel strips, spiral spring bands with high hardness, on the base of imported stainless steel strips from Japan, Korea, Taiwan or other countries or districts.
Our factory is professional in manufacturing stainless coil materials of 0.06-1.5mm thick and 1.7-300mm wide, including those of different kinds of brands, hardness classes and surface states. Our product quality is controlled strictly in accordance with Japan JIS quality standards. Our monthly productivity is 600T. Our clients are mainly from Pearl River Delta, and now are spreading to all large-scale, medium-sized and small cities, our products can take the place of imported ones of the same type.
Our products are applicable to be as the high precision stainless strip materials which are used in the fields of electron, computer fitting, ironware, toy, stationery, medical appliance, chemical engineering(corrosion resistant),etc. Our product types include stainless stamping rigid materials, spring steel strips, spiral spring steel strips with high hardness of over HV500, ware soft sheet bands after flattening.
