Hanyi board is a new and internationally popular building material with light weight. Due to its strong decoration effects and low cost, it is extensively used in Japan, South Korea, US and Europe, etc. Hanyi Board also features in high hardness, light weight, being convenient for moving and transportation, easiness and simpleness in construction. It is suitble for newly constructed brick-concrete structural buildings, frame structural buildings, steel structural buildings, lightweight houses and other buildings as well as for decorative and energy-saving renovation of existing buildings.
Hanyi board, a new lightweight building materal developed in recent years, is embossed by al-zinc coated steel plate with many designs as the brick veined, stone veined, ripple veined and ceramic tile veined, etc. It has 7 special resin coatings and more than 50 colours to choose from. Further more, we guarantee that the colour would remain vivid more than 10 years. The polyurethane foam forms the thermal insulation layer in the middle of Hanyi board and inside of the polyurethane foam is an independent and hermetic bubble structure. On the opposite side of the board there is aluminium foil paper affixed, which could effectively reflect the heat source so as to play the role in thermal insulation and damp-proof. The combination of concavo-convex and groove-fastening connection methods makes construction more easily. Hanyi board is a new type of building material that embraces many outstanding performances such as high anti-pressure, anti-seismic and damp-proof ability, low heat transfer coefficient, attractive appearance, energy conservation, simpleness and convenience in construction.
