Detailed Description
This finished product, single wall corrugated board, is mainly introduced as inner packing material. It can be also used as outer packing material for light or small-sized commodities. Four flutes A, B, C and E as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating system and oil heating system are optional (but oil heating is not suitable for line with speed above 100m/min). The standard three ply line is made up of Single facer (1), mill roll stand (2), preheater (optional in case of speed below 120m/min), conveying bridge (1), glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). FEATURES: 1-1 YW-1600 NEW TYPE HYDRAULIC MILL ROLL STAND 1、The scroll is clamped, ascended or descended, moved left or right by hydraulic pressure. 2、The clamped scrolls:Φ1500mm 1600mm. 3、ABS Brake with pressure air motion, with DUAL PLATES structure and air exhausted holes, the air inside can circulated with outside, better heat radiating, decrease the abrasion of brake plate. 4、Two work positions,may clamp two scroll at the same time, may load or unload scroll without stop the production. 5、Weight of Scroll:3000kg(at one work position)。 6、Each Stand with American style two rails structure, prevent shaking and weight bias in the course of clamping scroll and conveying: two tracks, two trolleys, one Scroll Direction Changers, 7、Each Stand with a whole set of hydraulic station, oil pipes, cylinders. The vacuum device, adjust the flow flux by frequency transducer of Siemens, equipped with brake resistance, can stop the production and vacuum very fast, decrease the waste of sudden break of paper. 4、With a set of fence and three sets of ladders. 5、The pipes and cables are collected in concentrated wire trough. 6、At the bottom of the bridge, equipped with relevant illumination, be convenient to operate. 7、All of the paper rollers are plated with hard chromium. 5、New Type SINGLE DECK GLUE MACHINE With INDEPENENT UNIT DELAMINATING DRIVE (1set) 1、The whole machine is equipped with independent unit delaminating control, while producing 3 ply cardboard, one of the dual decks won’t move, save power and machine abrasion. When the Double Facer stop, the glue rollers will continue to move to prevent drying. The speed of the glue feeding roller and the Double Facer is controlled precise numeral synchronization. 2、The surface of the glue roller is scored 24 fine thread/inch,plated with hard chrome,make glue feeding well-proportioned. 3、The surface of the even roller is grinded, and plated with hard chrome. 4、The surfaces of the other rollers are plated with hard chrome. 5、The clearance of the glue roller and the even roller is adjusted by a bias center device, might multiple utilize the less diameter glue roller after repairing, to save maintain cost. 6、The glue roller and the even roller are driven by synchronization belts, decrease the pulsatile influence, to ensure the stability of the glue feeding. 7、The bearings of the glue roller and the even roller are center adjustable, fully ensure the rigidity and glue thickness even of two sides. 8、The thickness of glue is numeral displayed, adjusted automatically according speed, the thickness &#118alue might be set by operator at any time and remembered in the EMS Memory of PLC. 9、Equipped press roller feeding glue type, the clearance between the paper press roller and the glue roller is adjusted by electro-motion synchronization, decrease the adjustment time greatly for different ply, different flute height. 10、Glue trough is driven up and down by pneumatic, easy to clean. 11、Glue scrape board is pressed by bracket, the pressure is adjustable from the two sides, to have the board touch tightly on the surface of the even roller, ensure to feed thinner, more even, less glue. 12、There are two paper guide rollers in a same swing arm, have the angle of glue feeding is comp aratively constant, decrease the variety of speed and dragging force, have glue feeding more even and stable. 6、DOUBLE FACER(Heating & Cooling Section) 1、Heating plates: 12plates×600x160 mm and polished work surface. 2、Hydraulic lifting device, realize subsection press according to different ply and speed. 3、The cotton belts are good quality homemade, breathe freely, temperature endurance, aging resistance, good anti-retractility performance. The front two belts are V belts. 3、The structure of cardboard stacking is equipped with hydraulic pressure mechanism for lifting up and putting down, might be auto control or manual control. Independent hydraulic station and motor with 11KW. 4、PLC program controls the speeds of the four belts automatically, following the change of the production line speed, adapt to the production of high speed and high efficiency rhythm. There is special device to prevent the conveyor belts to run excursion. 5、Equipped with V belts, the space between the V belts can release air, thus, when the cardboards fall from Cut-off machine, will decrease deviation phenomenon 6、Before near to finish each stacking, the four belts accelerate in the meantime to feed cardboard quickly. Then, there is a pneumatic baffle device which is designed between the second belt and the third belt, when it raise, the front two belts will decelerate, and the rear two belts will accelerate to separate cardboards or change the order form. 7、Designed a conveyer device for feeding empty pallet boards automatically, before lifting up motion of each stacking, feed empty pallet board automatically into the elevator base, and mounted inside automatically.? If without empty pallet board, at the bottom of the whole stack, at least 3 to 5 pieces of paper cardboards will be pressed to crush, distortion to waste. 8、Being equipped with hydraulic pressure lifting up and putting down, might descend tardily, and keep 30mm fall always between the height of cardboard outlet and stacking. At the end of the feeding conveyors, there is a set of Sun-wheels press cardboard, to prevent excursion and end part raise of the paper cardboards, the output of the cardboard is more stable, the stacking effect is more better. 9、The stacker piles up the cardboard stack to 1500mm high automatically. 10、The distance of baffle is adjusted by electro-motion, the max. length of stack: 3 meter. 11、Equipped with two groups of roll conveyors to convey the stacks out. 12、Controlled Valves are imported for TaiWan. 10、Glue making & Feeding & Recycling System 1、Glue making System contain: carrier can, main body can, storing can, two recycled loop. One for Single facer, one for Glue machine. 2、Glue Supply: After glue stirring well, a gear pump pumped it to the storing cans of single facer and Glue machine, utilize the pressure of height, flow to the two glue trough. 11、ELECTRIC SYSTEMS 1、Intact Electric Control System,Electric Control System of each machine is stable and reliable. 2、Electromotion adjustment for the key technical parameters, such as thickness of glue, the position of the glue separate board, etc. The panels are displayed the speed of the relevant machine, easy to operate, adjust and monitor. Striking messages remind the variation of the production speed, operate interface is easy and convenience. 3、Production Speed Display Screen: Speed, Output. 12、Steam system 1、 Condensate water is drained directly by new advanced type stainless trap, fast, without bypass, easy to maintenance, higher heat efficiency . 2、 Every machine needed steam is designed grouping and temperature control independently, can realize grouping temperature control. The temperature of Double Facer can be displayed at the front, middle and rear. 3、 The position of the ductwork system which connected with rotating parts, are used metal tube to realize gentle connect to protect and last the natural life of the rotating parts.
