Detailed Description
With this line, single wall and double wall corrugated board can be produced. Besides the application scope of single wall corrugated board, The double wall product is also widely used as packing material in many fields such as TV set, refrigerator, fruit, cigarette, beverage, and so on. Two flute combinations (A&B, C&B) as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating and oil heating are optional (but oil heating is not suitable for line with speed above 100m/min). The standard five ply line is made up of Single facer (2), mill roll stand (3~5), preheater (4), multiplex preheater (preheating roll diameter should be φ900mm for speed above 120m/min), conveying bridge (1), duplex glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). Speed of 80m/min, 100m/min, 120 m/min, 150m/min or 180 m/min is offered to meet customer’s requirement. 一.Main technical data: 1、Model: WJ250-2500-2  5 layer corrugated paperboard production line 2、Maxi.
