Detailed Description
With this seven ply line, single wall, double wall and triple wall corrugated board can be produced. Besides the application scope of single wall and double wall corrugated board, the triple wall product is mainly used as motorcycle packing material. Flute combinations from A, B, C as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating system is introduced. The standard seven ply line is made up of Single facer (3), mill roll stand (5~7), preheater (6), multiplex preheater (preheating roll diameter should be φ900mm for speed above 120m/min), conveying bridge (1), triplex glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). Speed of 80m/min, 100m/min, 120 m/min, 120m/min or 150 m/min is offered to meet customer’s requirement.
