XHBC-1050SFL automatic flatbed die-cutting machine, mainly used for die-c- utting of cardboard with high precision, press concave or protruding, the corrugated board thickness less than 4mm and plastic film board, stamping and holographic counterfeit icon position stamping.Special explanation:Because holographic electric aluminum tail after foil stamping, so there is definite requirement about cursor of holographic electric aluminum. FEEDER UNIT: * Imported patent helical air blower pressing foot; * Adopt 4 pick up and 4 forward suck feeders, with stable transporting, and the sucker height and angle could be adjusted; * Preloading device with rail cart and scaled gate, improving the operating efficiency; * Oblique feeding table is more suitable for high speed transporting thin paper and positioning; * No-stop paper transporting lifting and lowering device; * Double sheets control device; * Side lays on both sides push and pull convertible based on the paper quality; * Imported quality air blowing/ sucking vacuum pump; * Single point stop transporting can enhance the life span of the main machine parting and closing, decreasing waste product; * Feeding paper brush wheel and glue wheel can be adjusted connect, improving efficiency; 2. OBLIQUE FEEDING TABLE: The running of oblique high speed feeding device is stable and the device is equipped reliable double sheets detector. The non-stop main or vice feeding program can save the working time, make the operation easy and increase operating efficiency. 3. DIE-CUTTING UNIT: * Turbine wheel crank toggle high precision for lower plane die-cutting working station * Fixed high precision upper plane die-cutting working station * Main parts (crank shaft, worm, turbine wheel, joint shaft) adopt imported high quality alloy steel; * Two sets of die cutting plates with rigidity HRC45-47, accurate and endurable, and adopt edge uniform locking and micro-adjusting device; * Die cutting steel plate adopts pneumatic locking system; * Imported pneumatic clutch/ brake; * Lifting and withdrawing pressure adopt servo digital control, die-cutting table height and tons pressure is accurate with easy operation; * Font positioning plate can be adjusted with four points to adapt accurate position for different papers; * Adopt advanced technology to micro-adjust and compensate the each gripper position, to reach the accuracy requirement; * Multi-disc cam typed intermittent transmission mechanism of latest technology (Adopt imported cutter and wrench clutch); * imported high precision gripper driving chain; * 7 grippers, each has 10 gripper-slices (elastic steel slice) with dental pillow; * Equipped with photocell for whole process with high capacity human-computer LCD touch screen, providing detailed malfunction removing ways; * Forced lubrication system for each component. STRIPPING UNIT: Three parts cooperated with each other, up、middle、down driving cam, finish stripping. The device makes the running stable precise, the loading and discharging quick and adjustment easy. 5.STAMPING SYSTEM: * Cool oil type foil passing tension shaft; * Fully computerized control setting foil stepping, skipping length, left foil alarm length, foil peeling air blowing time and other operation; * Four foil scroll shafts and four sets of holographic electronic eyes; * Each shaft is drived by big power servo motor(1.5KW) for stamping unit, can set individually programmable foil stepping, skipping is quick and accurate; * Equipped with foil breaking detector and brush wheel waste removing out of the machine is controlled by frequency conversion; * 12 heating zones, with constant temperature controlling function, can be individually controlled for each zone temperature; * Quick lifting and filling temperature in heating plate, it only takes 30 minutes to reach to the working temperature; 6. DELIVERY UNIT: * Fully-automatic Main & subsidiary paper delivery table, with easy operation and high production efficiency; curtain type fluctuation switch adopted in the subsidiary paper delivery, which greatly facilitates the operation of multi-print products of small size. * Gripper bar transmitted chains, tension wheel buffer; * With adjustable brush break and sheet-spreading air-blow device in each sub-section to achieve stable paper delivery; * PLC Controller, auto ejection & main chain oiling device. 7. ELECTRIC UNIT: * Programmable PLC controls the machine running and Fault Monitoring System; * Electric Appliances and Circuit meets Safety standard of Occident advanced countries (CE). * Adopting the Siemens (Germany) motor, ensuring use quality of machine; * Safety protective door is of European standard, effectively ensuring safety for the operator. * With Siemens LOGO in each security door, which eases the PLC process and reduces PLC scanning time. * Imported magnetic valve with 24 voltage of DC (Direct Current), which is more stable and endurable in working than the AC (alternating current) one. * Electric appliances adopt wind-cooling device, ensuring the appliances working in condition of high temperature by control. 8. HONEYCOMB PLATE: Hot plate for this machine adopts imported carbon fiber heating fuses and external fiberglass protection, ensuring a service life of 10 years. Stamping section consists 12 heating zones, where temperature can be set based on different product requirements, thus ensuring product quality and reducing energy consumption. 9. DIE-CUTTING FRAME: Adopts self-locking design for die-cutting frame to improve safety and facilitate operation; Adopts unique gripper positioning materials and cam motion curve to ensue higher precision and lower noise than similar products.Die-cutting frame adopts integrated structure (the other supplier is BOBST) and thus features high strength and high precision, and the backplate is made of stainless steel and thus features durability and attractive appearance. Bottom die adopts HRC50-53 stainless steel plate, thus ensuring high precision and durability. 10. FOIL STAMPING & FOIL-DELIVERING SYSTEM: Cooperating with the speed and length of foil-delivering, the torsion force of foil-collecting is adjustable, improving the Foil-stamping quality. 11. WASTE FOL-STAMPING COLLECTING SYSTEM: waste foil-stamping collecting system TOUCH SCREEN FOIL STAMPING OPERATION SYSTEM PLC touch screen 12.Servo controls the Pressure Raising & Reducing of Foil Stamping machine: Servo drive steel ball screw rods control the Pressure Raising & Reducing, accurately & fast,.
