1,Description:
It is mainly producted in Tongyu county which located in the northwest part of Jilin province.it is slim with the colour of white and slight grey sripes.it is plump with thin shell which has high oilness.
2,Uses:
it is especially suitable for proceesing into original flavour nuts.
3,Quality grade and process specification:
(1)It is devided into three grades.the most superior grade named JF—001(first class medium nuts):thousand seed weight≥120g,moisture≤12.5%,impurity≤0.5%,imperfection(per kg)≤6 grain,we are going to use the 2.8 diameter classificator to to eliminate the small ones.
(2)The less superior grade named JF—002(The second-class medium nuts): thousand seed weight≥114g, moisture≤12.5%, impurity≤0.5%, imperfection(per kg)≤6 grain,we are going to use classificator to select the second class ones mixed with small ones,18mm on average length.
(3)The least superior grade named JF—003(the third-class medium nuts): thousand seedweight≥114g,moisture≤12.5%,impurity≤0.5%,imperfection(per kg)≤6 grain,we are going to use the classificator to select the third class ones without small ones,15mm on average.
