Landmark Group is a Sino-Korea joint venture with two subsidiaries Landmark Steel Corporation and Landmark Engineering Corporation. It headquarters in Tongzhou Economic Development Zone at 30 Km from national highway G103. The registered capital of the group is USD 4.63 million, total assets of RMB over 100 million Yuan and its annual sales turnover reach several hundred million Yuan.
Landmark Group is specialized in prefabricated house, steel structure building and color steel product, like steel sandwich board and corrugated steel sheet. We can provide service from the designing, manufacturing, to the installation professionally. With a building area of 30 thousand square meters, Landmark Group owns facilities including prefabricated house workshop, steel structure workshop, color-coated workshop and provisional warehouse etc. with all-round development in these three major fields, Landmark Group has achieved annual productivity of 2 million square meters of prefabricated house and 2 million meter steel color sheet. Besides, Land mark has its office in Beijing, Tianjin, Qindao, Tangshan, Senyang and many other medium cities in China.
It has been certified by ISO9001:2000 international quality system, and is a member of China Steel Construction Society, China Construction Metal Structure Association and China Heat& Sound Insulation Materials Association.
