TCP-600 Light duty vehicles Emission Measurement Equipment C&P has developed TCP-600 Light duty vehicles Emission Measurement Equipment,with the tech. supported by TianJin University. It reaches international advanced level. It includes CFV-CVS unit、 Analyzer unit, of gases emission from SI engine and CI engine. CI engine particulate emission and HC gas analyzer, computer control unit and dyna-mometer. We also can offer ambient test cell when vehicles would be test after a cold start at the low ambient temperature. C&P have been cooperating with CAI(USA). ETC(USA). Real-Time(USA) and Signal(UK) for developing advanced emission system.TCP-600 light duty vehicles emission measurement equipment can meet the requirement of vehicle EC type-approval certification and the examina- tion production Conformity in Automotive industry. This product meets the following standards: 1. GB18352.3-2005: Limits and measurement methods for emission from light duty vehicles (china). 2. (70/220/EEC (98/69/EC): European Community rules of light duty vehicles emission. 3.40 CFR part 86: EPA(USA) rules of vehicles emission. CFV-CVS Unit: The CVS unit has reasonable design, beautiful outlook, perfect functions, and good stability and reliability. Precision of equipment: measuring deviations is less than 3% by CFC method or less than 3% by gravimetric technique. Analyzer Unit: We adopt the analyzer 600 supplied by CAI company. It has the following features: 1 .Digital communication 2.High precision 3.Reliable and steady capability 4.Selecting range according to your need. 5.Adjusting zero by programme automatically or manual. 6 .To meet the requirement of standard of china (GB) and EC standard completely. Measuring Particulate and HC Emission From CI engine : ( 一) Measuring particulate emission is an important part of light diesel duty vehicles emission test system..It include HFID Analyzer with recorder, heated-pipeline, dilution channels, filter, sampling detector and flow regulator, etc. ( 二 ) Parameter of main component: 1 .CFV(critical flow Venturi) volume flow(standard condition) lO and l2 m/min, precision 0.3%. 2.Heated FID (HFID) Model 600: allowed ambient temperature 473K ± 10K (200~C ± 10~C). 3.Responsive time of sampling system is no more than 4s. 4.Filter paper standard: orifice diameter 0.1 vm, diameter ~~47mm. 5 Weighing chamber standard (option): temperature 298K ± 6K, relative humidity 40% ± 10%, a pair of balances precision 0.1mg TCP-600 adds a direct sampling interface. We can add the Analyzer Unit to meet the specifications of customer. Center Control Unit: The control software is developed by C&P.We achieve automatic control by computer. Ambient temperature, humidity and pressure adjusted, controlled, and printed automatically. ①Range of ambient temperature controlled: -10~C～40~C (option:-40~C～60~C). ② Range of ambient humidity controlled automatically: 5.5 ～12.2 g/kg, 3. According to user' s specification ,we can offer lamination devices that can simulate sun radiant intensity and heating carpet devices( maximum temperature can reach 20~C～75~C) that simulate hot road.
