(一). CPOS series Optical Scanner CPOS series 3-D Optical Scanner is the best non-contact 3-coordinate optical device. This device project the coded gray on the object and use 2 high- resolution (1,300,00Opixel) camera to take the picture of the object. CPOS software will calculate the point clouds automatically . It can take the 3-D point clouds very fast. The scan scale can be up to 1200mm to make the big object scanning work easy. 3-D point clouds can be used in the product development, reverse engineering, quick shape ,quality control and direct manufacture. The shape of the CPOS is as follows: (二). Tech. Merit of CPOS scanner ( 1 ) Portable and simple structure CPOS is made up of Scanner, Supporter, Controller and Computer. It can be packaged in a box , Mounting and Calibration could be finished in 5 minutes and without warming time, CPOS can used in a lot of bad optical environment. ( 2 ) High Measure Speed CPOS2.0 and CPOS3.0 use the high speed industry camera, which can measure 1 side(1200*800mm) in 4 second. 1 automobile point clouds scan can be finished in 6 hours. (3) Large measure area CPOS have different scan area, which is from 50 x40mm to 1800mm x 1200mm. Density of point clouds is from 0.3mm to 1 mm and customer can adjust it in software. ( 4 ) Automatic tolerance estimation system CPOS can give the help picture in test and show the tolerance in point clouds merge procedure to avoid the inaccurate because of wrong operation, ( 5 ) High accuracy automatic point clouds merge technology With different measure in different angle, CPOS can automatic take the common area of 2 point clouds and automatic merge them to have full point clouds. The tolerance of merge should be lower than O.O3mm and all the point clouds will be finished in 1 coordinate, ( 6 ) Advanced CPLUB target merge technology To measure the Big objects, customer should use CPCLUB to take the coded target 3-D coordinates.
