SHNANGHAI Exceed Company Ltd. was set up in 1985. The company is specialized in supplying parts and fittings which is made of plastic, metal and wood for home furniture, kitchen furniture and office furniture.
Today Shanghai Exceed has exported the products to Europe and North America. Our customers already include famous companies such as IKEA (MODUL), SVEDWOOD, SVEDPLAN, etc.

Business Model
Manufacturing in house
We produce customized and standard metal, plastic and composite parts according to the identical requirements from our customers.
Our own manufacturing capacity includes:
1). Plastic product factory
In this factory we have 7 plastic injection lines. The maximum weight of product can be up to 3 Kg/pcs.
2). Metal product factory
In this factory the capacity covers cutting, drilling, pressing, welding, etc. The biggest press machine is up to 630 tons.
Purchasing from numerous long term relation partners
If the customers’ demands are above our own manufacturing scope, we can always get the products from our numerous long term relation partners so that we can always cover various demands from our customers to give them one-stop service.
Packing in house
We have packing lines. According to specific demands on products and packing requirements, we pack fitting bag or separate items to our customer.
