Tianjin YouLian Spiral Pipe Co., Ltd is one of the holding companies of Tianjin YouFa Group. It locates in the YouFa industry park of Xinxing industry zone of Daqiuzhuang town, in Tianjin ，occupys more than 100,000 square meters. The 11 production lines can annual puoduct 300,000 tons of helical welded pipes with the diameter ranging from Φ219t to Φ1820mm, thickness up to 22mm with sales revenue more than USD100million. In 2005, it successfully acquired Tianjin ASP Steel Pipe Ltd which was the first one in the field with 20 years history.
“Welded Steel Pipes for Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry and License for Special Equipment Manufacture” was issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ); In addition, it had obtained the Certificate of Authority to use the Official API Monogram (It is the first company which had been granted the right to the use of API Monogram among the industry in Tianjin), and achieved ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.
The spiral pipes are supported by the double-side submerged arc welded technology with its’ futures such as: high bearing force, light , accuracy size, easy installation, in a complete range of specification. It has extensive application in petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, water supply , chemical industry, electrical power projects. Moreover, It can supplied to architectural construction, bridge member, building foundation. It successfully supplied the pips and good services to the Yangtse Three Gorges projects and other famous projects. “You Fa” spiral pipe have been well known to this field and have been exported to the east European.
