This series test stands have been proven by many hose/tubing Manufacturers, Quality Supervision Department, and institutes. Features: 1. Fully automatic operation controlled by PC. 2. Easy operation and monitor software. Smart data acquisition support real-time display of pressure values, flow and time. All data saved to hard disc for further analysis. Test graphics can be print out, compatible with Microsoft Office Software. 3. On site testing monitored by video camera at real time. 4. All high pressure pumps, valves, tubings and fittings made in USA with 316ss. Water, oil, creamy liquid and other liquids applicable. 5. Multi function testing for durability, transfiguration and burst pressure testing for hoses & tubing. The temperature of testing medium controllable as request. 6. Output pressure up to 400Mpa, pressurization rate and driven air pressure can be adjusted freely and precisely. 7. Complete safety systems against short circuit, pressure drop, over pressure and over loading. Test Standard: ISO 6803, ISO1436, or Custom-made. Specifications: Pressure testing range: 1.5--400 MPa.
