Hardware Configuration Control Box ●Imported Chassis: its aluminum alloy structure and hard anode oxidation to the surface enable the equipment to finish the mobile work high-efficiently under any bad environment(ground loop, public impedance path/electric field coupling electrostatic discharge, electric transmitting and emission or other radiation ) ●400M Clock frequency ●128M Main board memory , 128M electronic hard-disk, can store more than 100 work piece processing information, curves and diagrams for consulting at any time ●Imported 15″real-color LCD screen ●Imported industrial control main board, PⅢ controlling system ●Host computer has floppy drive ●Imported A/D data collection board Equipment Working Environment ● 2.4 equipment should be able to work reliably under conditions below ● Power supply: 220V±10%、50Hz; ●Environmental temperature for the controller: 0~+50℃, for the vibrator: -20~40℃ ● Relative humidity: ≤80% (在25℃) Main Functions 一,Stress Relief Modes There are three modes for processing the work pieces: Frequency spectrum and harmonic mode, Welding Vibration mode, sub-resonance mode. 1. Frequency Spectrum and Harmonic Mode ◆ No special requirements for the positioning of vibrator, the sensor and support point ◆ Analyze the frequency spectrum with no need to scan before processing the work piece ◆ Able to select 5 optimal harmonic peaks for any work piece through computer,; 2 spare harmonic frequencies ◆ Repeatedly select 7 harmonic frequencies with the function key ◆ Five vibration types processing on any work piece ◆ Lagging processing function through acceleration protection ◆ Harmonic frequencies for work piece processing are all below 6000rpm ◆ Supervision function over the parameter all through the process. 2. Welding Vibration ◆ Reduce welding stress ◆Improve welding quality ◆Decrease welding distortion ◆Increase welding vibratory stress relief 3. Sub-resonance stress relief Including auto-stress relief, setup-stress relief, and manual stress relief 1) Auto-stress relief ◆The system , will automatically scan within the set rotating speed rates, and find a resonance peak which meets the processing requirement. ◆Automatically select an appropriate vibration point within the sub-resonance area and relieve stress according to the feature of the material. ◆Auto-trace the frequencies ◆Auto-determine the processing time following the fixed amplitude tech ◆Record the data change of before and after vibration when the processing is finished, auto stop (2), Setup-stress relief ◆On the basis of frequency spectrum analysis or scanning result ◆User can select any peak to relive the stress. (3) Manual stress relief ◆User is free to set the rotating speed and conduct VSR at any speed and for any time. ◆This processing way is on the basis of frequency spectrum analysis or scanning result. 二,Files Processing Can open, delete and print the data files that have been saved. 三,Frequency Spectrum Analysis Frequency spectrum analysis of the work pieces can be made through pounding vibration method, used as an independent frequency analyzer 四,System Help This function enables the user to read and check online the function and operation of the equipment
