All of the materials are imported from famous factories in Europe and U.S.A. (Let’s say) They are the polythene (DOWLEX2344E) from/of America Dow Chemical Company, the cold pipe materials from/of America Philips, the processing aids from/of Germany Argus, the hot-melt adhesive from/of Holand Dsm, and the aluminum strips from/of Southwest Aluminum Co., Ltd., etc...
Produce equipment: Aluminum composite pipe producing line of ‘UNICOR’ from Germany.

flow chart：It is composited by five layers of materials, from the inside to outside respectively: thermos table polyethylene, hot melt rubber, aluminum tube, hot melt rubber, thermos table polyethylene.
Speciality：
1、It has the similar intensity as the metallic pipe and is easy to bend; moreover, it eliminates the brittleness of metallic pipe, without rebound after bending.
2、It has excellent features as high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistant.
3、The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, leading the resistance less when transporting the liquid. The transport capability is 30% more than the metallic pipe of the same diameter.
4、It is fire-proof and can transport flammable and explosive gas and oil plants.
5、It has excellent features of heat insulation and heat preservation, which leads to no dirty in heat conduction and no frost in cold conduction, saving the heat insulation materials outside the pipe. Meanwhile, the liquid will not be polluted, nontoxic and harmless. Thus this is an ideal pipe in water purifying project.
6、It is easy to cut, to process and to connect by equipped fittings. Small diameter pipe materials are supplied in roll at any length and with any bend. This will save the corner joint or fittings and is easy to install, and 80% of construction expense can be reduced when compared with metallic pipes.
7、Its lifespan is 50 years.
8、It is light, only 10% of the weight of galvanized welded pipe, which can save the freight and reduce the cost.
9、It can block electricity and magnetism and can be used as cable gland.
