HW-1series Naphthalene-based highly effective water reducer is an admixture based on beta-sulphonate formaldehyde condensates withnon-air-entraining superplasticizing,highly effective water reducing and strengthening effects. It has good compatibility with the very wide range of cement types and very low in addition rate and easy to use. It is in particular adaptable to prepare normal concrete and steaming-cured concrete with the requirement of highly water reduction and strength. It is compatible with regular Portland cement, Portland slag and pozzolanic cement. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MAIN CAPABILITY OF THE PRODUCT   1.*HW-1series Naphthalene-based highly effective water reducer includes powder form or liquid form,the appearance is dark brown,non-poisonous, odorless, non-inflammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.The HW-1(aqueous type) density is 1.18±0.02g/ml.   2.*Put in advised addition rate of the HW-1series Naphthalene-based highly effective water reducer in the concrete, as a condition of blending where cement amount and collapsibility are fixed, water reduction exceeds 15%.Compression strength exceeds 50~80%, 40~70%and 30~50%on the 1st, 3rd day and 28th day after application respectively. Improve and enhance the various physics mechanics of concrete function.   3.*This product is adapt to different types of cement, and particularly match with admixtures such as air entraining agent and expansive agent, and mineral aids such as fly ash.   4.*The addition of HW-1 can effectively improve the pore structure of the concrete and increase the durability indexes such as impermeability, carbonation resistance and frost resistance.   5.*The product has little influence on the initial and final setting time of the concrete. The setting time difference is normal in the range of one hour.   6.*The feasible application temperature ranges from -5℃ to +45℃.
