Sensation : it water solution and transparent 1gdissolves in about 0.65ml of water.It is tiny to dissolve in the ether with Methyl alcohol, Melting Point: 92-96?, Boiling Point: 216?, 10% solution: PH5.0-7.0 Xylitol occurs naturally in many fruits and vegetables and is even produced by the human body during normal metabolism, produced commercially from plants such as corncob, birch and fibrous vegetation, xylitol has the same sweetness and bulk as sucrose with one-third calories (about 2.4 calories per Gram) and no unpleased aftertaste, It quickly dissolve and produces a cooling sensation in the mouth.
