Established in 1997, Jiangyin Xinggang Die-Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Mazhen Industrial Park of Jiangyin City.
As a professional enterprise of aluminum-zinc alloy die casting and machining, our company covers an area of 18,000 squares meters, with building area of 15,000 square meters. Our company employs 320 persons, among them 30 people are technicians. Because of our practice and experience, our researching and developing process has been accelerated. We had attained the ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification in 2003.
Our company owns 16 sets various kinds of die-casting machines with coupling of 140MT-800MT and 2 sets reflecting smelters with annual production capacity of 3,600MT aluminum alloy ingots. We also have digital control machining center and lathe imported from Japan, three-dimensional measuring machine from Italy, direct reading spectrograph from Britain and 100 machining equipment. All our products are manufactured by means of digital control and of high quality.
Our main products are precision die castings and machining parts, which are used as accessory parts for sewing machines, TV sets, pumps, furniture and other aluminum alloy products.
