With a production capacity that exceeds 28 tons per day, and employed with 2,000 high quality workers with a good sense in quality consciousness, self-improvement and team spirit, the manufacturing plant of our company is where it all begins.
Beginning with the arrival of polyester fibers from our supplier "Thailand Teijin" to our factory. Then the yarn manufacturing process begins. The basic steps of the process are
1. blowing-carding-drawing
2. roving
3. spinning
4. doubling-twisting
5. setting
And to make sure this process is completed at the highest level of quality available in the industry, Shui Lam leans toward its technique and its people. Constant monitoring, attention to details and cleanliness guarantee a consistently superior yarn. To further ensure the process produces only the best yarn available, samples are taken throughout each run and tested.
