Zhiboxin Electronics Co., Ltd, a professional high-density circuit board manufacturer, was founded in August, 1998. At the initial stage, the total investment of our company was 2 million RMB with the throughput was designed to reach 2200 square meters per month. Guided by the philosophy of progressing through years, we have actualized our strategic goal of efficient operation and steady development successfully depending on our own strength in order to meet the demand of electronic industry development. Till the beginning of 2003, the total investment has reached 8 million Yuan. Now our company possesses advanced manufacturing equipments including NC drill press, automatic plating production line, high voltage circuit tester, develop and exposure machine, which contributes to the monthly output of double-sided board up to10000 square meters and multilayer board 5000 square meters.
Personnel are the key to the development of an enterprise. Always focusing on the policy of “basing on people”, our company has firstly established a fair human resource management mechanism and wage distribution mode in which our employees are hired basing on their capabilities, salaries determined by posts and reward decided by capacity and contribution regardless of different region, identity and close relative affection and inspiring the master consciousness of all the employees to fight for their individual achievement; secondly trained our senior managers and engineering technicians independently; thirdly pay much attention on employee training and periodically organized employees to study the up-dated information of electronic technology development.
